Heh, do you remember when I freaked you and Jas out to no end just randomly calling "Mommy, are you my mommy?" around the house? Good times. Bwahaha!
Those are very good. I haven't seen all of season 3, but I woulda chosen the same ones of the ones I know. How about Bad wolf? Before you knew what it was about, it scared me to death. Also, pretty much anything the werewolf says in Tooth and Claw, esp. "You have a bit of the wolf in you" or whatever it is. Also, whenever the Doctor says "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry," I get a chill, but that's just cause either something bad DID happen, or it's about to. Also, "Pity us, pity the Gelth!" That was always creepy. Also, the ticking in Girl in the Fireplace. That freaked me out. That was also the first Dr. Who episode I saw...*gets nostalgic*
Also, I care not what anyone says. "Exterminate!" Freaks me out, as does "You will be deleted."

Oh yeah, Bad wolf, the ticking, and the werewolf were all pretty creepy....the Gelth, not so much.....and definitely not the daleks are cybermen *facepalm*

*sulks* Well, they scared me. I watched them all alone, too. Okay, mostly the daleks. I guess the cybermen aren't that creepy. But Exterminate still creeps me out. And the Gelth were watched in the middle of the night beside that nasty big window in the classroom, so I was scaared!

I'm sorry you were so scared. :( Next time just make me sleep with you. But seriously, the Daleks are like giant salt shakers. And the Gelth.....okay yeah the Gelth was a freaky episode, but nothing they said in particular scared me, just the reanimating bodies bit.
